Our mission is to strengthen the lives of the Numburindi people and the wider community by delivering compassionate, culturally grounded, and comprehensive services that respond to local needs. NDAC supports pathways for education, language revitalisation, healing, employment, and cultural leadership to ensure every community member has the opportunity to grow strong in culture and thrive in life.

NDAC is committed to developing a strong local workforce by training and employing Aboriginal people who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of the Numburindi and wider Numbulwar community.

Through our Local Workforce Development Strategy, we are opening pathways into education, cultural leadership, employment, and enterprise. This approach ensures services are delivered with cultural integrity and care, while creating long-term opportunities that strengthen families, support youth, and sustain the community’s future.
The Numburindi people draw strength from deep community connections and cultural interdependence, with family at the heart of social and cultural life. Elders are the respected custodians of knowledge and cultural authority, guiding community members through the sharing of wisdom, traditions, and practices.
